Hey everyone!
Just as a reminder, here's a breakdown of the guide to behaving well in Discussion Topics:
Calm, respectful discussion. I don't want any bitch fights or "yelling" or prejudice.
Remember that we all have our sexuality in common, but we're all going to have different opinions.
If we don't take the step to respect each other, no one will ever respect us.
Suggest! If you have something you want to see us discuss formally, leave a comment
about it or note me! I'd love to know what you want to talk about. But please don't open another
discussion thread in these comments specifically.
That's it. Be nice to each other. Say what you have to say, read through other comments, discuss, share! Just answer the questions you would like to and share any other thoughts you have on the topic. :3
So, that being said...
For those who are aware of the situation in Sochi:
Do you think your country/other countries should boycott?
Would you like to see the 2013 Winter Olympics re-located?
Do you think sponsors should pull out in order to encourage Russian reform?
Do you think the Russians will reform?
Are you scared of the events in Russia, or do you feel relaxed?
OR
What is your general opinion of the situation?

The End of an Era
Hello, everyone!
Since I haven't posted anything to this journal in two years, you may not be familiar with who I am. My name's Jay, and I opened this group seven years ago in an effort to create a safe space for bisexual creators to share and discuss their work. Within the first year of being open, we had already hit 1,000 members, and I was truly thrilled!
Unfortunately, this group stopped being fun for me years ago. Although I have tried many times to put out the call for help, I've really only lucked out once or twice with people who consistently follow through on the work they've signed on for (you know who you are, and I'm intensely g

Happy Four Years!
Happy Fourth Anniversary, Bisexuals of deviantART!:boogie::dalove::squee:
I am, admittedly, four days behind the actual anniversary of January 10th, but I think I can cut myself some slack considering I was recently in a car accident and now I'm moving. :phew: Don't worry, I'm fine, and life is only looking up-and-up!
Now, I know that I have not given this group the attention it deserves in recent years. I want you all to know that I continue to be impressed and moved by your kindness, support, and fabulous talent and creativity. I wish that I could personally comment on and welcome each and every person who joins our ranks. You guys
Being Bi YouTube!
Well hello there, friends!
Our brand is expanding! Next up, YouTube!
So here's the idea: I want us to have testimonies from our members, interviews with bisexual leaders, bisexual musicians, updates on the group and our events, and more! It's something I'm very passionate about and looking forward to doing, but it means that I'll need help!
So, are any of you willing to help run a YouTube channel? Creating content, mostly. What would you be willing to do? Please post here! I'd also love to hear your suggestions on what you'd like to see on our YouTube, so please let us know! I'm very excited to move in this new direction with our group, an

I think that countries can attend if they want, but I personally would like to see protests against the anti-gay laws there. I think 2 Swedish athletes protested by wearing the LGBT rainbow, so if a mass event could be organised, that'd be great. There are several petitions aiming for change, so that's good too!
