Hey everyone!

Just as a reminder, here's a breakdown of the guide to behaving well in Discussion Topics:

:bulletpink: Calm, respectful discussion. I don't want any bitch fights or "yelling" or prejudice.
Remember that we all have our sexuality in common, but we're all going to have different opinions.
If we don't take the step to respect each other, no one will ever respect us.

:bulletpink: Suggest! If you have something you want to see us discuss formally, leave a comment
about it or note me! I'd love to know what you want to talk about. But please don't open another
discussion thread in these comments specifically.

That's it. Be nice to each other. Say what you have to say, read through other comments, discuss, share! Just answer the questions you would like to and share any other thoughts you have on the topic. :3

So, that being said...
For those who are aware of the situation in Sochi:
Do you think your country/other countries should boycott?
Would you like to see the 2013 Winter Olympics re-located?
Do you think sponsors should pull out in order to encourage Russian reform?
Do you think the Russians will reform?
Are you scared of the events in Russia, or do you feel relaxed?

OR

What is your general opinion of the situation?

Don't know about the Sochi situation? Check out this link and other stories on the CBC website; great news outlet!

Keep it work friendly, kids! Remember, you can answer one or all of these questions, and can add
anything else you have to say on the topic to your response!

Remember that our Resources page, linked below, has a variety of links which can help you to accept your sexuality and come out to others!

Have at 'er!

I think that countries can attend if they want, but I personally would like to see protests against the anti-gay laws there. I think 2 Swedish athletes protested by wearing the LGBT rainbow, so if a mass event could be organised, that'd be great. There are several petitions aiming for change, so that's good too! :D
